Well, what does that look like to you? Would you guess it’s a new social network from Radiohead, everyone’s favorite experimental band who released their album last year for whatever you thought it was worth? No? Well neither would I, but that’s what it is.
Looks to be centrally integrated with the band it’s self (tours, photos, videos, you know) so you can all go check out waste-central.com if you’re a huge radiohead fan.

As promised nearly 6 months ago, Limewire has unleashed it’s Music Store on the world with about 500,000 (mostly independant) tracks. It’s still in Beta right now, so not everything is perfect and changes are still being made (like, hopefully, an increase in more well known artists?). A quick browse, though, turns up some of my favorite bands like Data Rock. Tracks are all $0.99 as far as I can see, and albums are $9.99. Alternatively you can buy a monthly subscription and get up to 75 downloads a month for $19.99 (that’s $0.27 a song!). Nice stuff.
Unfortunately, It’s only available to people from the US (due to licensing restrictions) so, being from Australia, I was unable to test out their services. If you’re from America, please leave your feedback in the comments!
